5. Orders and Confirmation

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following cases:

Delivery times:

  • Portugal: 3-5 business days

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

According to European consumer protection legislation, you have the right to return products without just cause within 14 days of the date of receipt.

Conditions for return:

  • Unused products, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • Fragrances and personal hygiene products: only if the packaging is sealed and intact.

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of notification.

Products excluded from the right of return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Personal hygiene products with open packaging
  • Products on final sale (when indicated)

Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund: Processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned products, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

8. Guarantees and Defective Products

All products have a 2-year legal warranty of conformity in accordance with Portuguese and European legislation.

In case of a defective or damaged product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Send photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs).
